We want every Chollii blouse to fit you like a glove! If you need a different size or color variation, you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with original price tags attached.
- Item should be packed in its original Chollii luxury boutique packaging.
- Custom alterations made outside our facility are not eligible for exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Doorstep Exchange
Simply send a WhatsApp message to our concierge care desk with your Order Number and preferred replacement size. Our team will arrange a doorstep reverse pickup for you.
4. Refunds & Store Credits
In cases where an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to size unavailability, we offer 100% store credit or direct bank refund processed within 3-5 business days of inspection.
